I never fill these surveys out, but I have been so moved by my experience I want to make sure it is known. Dr. Art? has been hands down the best doctor I've ever seen in my entire life. As a person with multiple complex chronic illnesses, I've been passed from provider to provider; I've had dozens of doctors at this point. This is the first time I haven't needed to be in the driver's seat in my own appointment. She always comes prepared, is thorough, compassionate, explains everything clearly, and most importantly, my health has improved under her care. Her research is always cutting edge and she is such a wealth of knowledge. She advocates for the best care for her patients even when the systems are not designed for patient access. She is not just a doctor, she is a leader in this community and we are extremely lucky to have her. It was my first visit to Dr Arte to establish anew primary care. I was pleased with her knowledge and thorough care. So glad to have the Lab available immediately at the same location. I struggled to connect with MyChart but when I connected all the information was available to me including a message from Dr Arte.
