I try to be organized for each appointment, and appreciate Dr. He for his patience and accepting my questions and curiosities to give me clarification on anything.

My Experience was Professional.

He is a good doctor

The office staff was amazing and highly recommend. This included the MA, receptionist, scheduling, etc. The doctor himself didn't seam to be interested in our situation, asked very few questions and just typed on the computer. He did not perform any standard tests like checking my heart, etc. He was also not very personable or communicative with us.

Dr. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, compassionate and listens well to my concerns.

I really felt like he listened to my opinions and concerns about my own health and responded appropriately- I felt respected, and like my provider was actually an ally in getting the healthcare that will improve my life! This is so so good and a pretty new experience for me in a PCP. I'm so glad.

He remains professional, but I feel heard and cared for in our appointments. He has a great sense of humor and I enjoy him and our interactions. He is astute and answers my medical questions easily and in a manner that I can understand and he explains things carefully. Dr. He is one of the best doctors I have had.

I have a very good experience with Dr. He . I like discussing all aspects of health with him and he explains everything to me very clearly. I'm very happy to have him as my primary care doctor.

He was great, although when the appt was over he walked out of the office and didn't say goodbye or formally end the appt., I wasn't sure if he was stepping out for moment or coming back in. It was my first time seeing him and I felt heard and the appt went well.

This is my first time to see Dr He for a follow up of a test result since my primary doctor was on medical leave. My first experience with Dr He is a very positive one. He listened to patient and provide succinct and pertinent information. He has a pleasant manner when interacted with the patient.He sought out patient's opinion on the treatment options. I would recommend Dr He to family members and friends.
