Dr. Thomas is a knowledgeable and communicative doctor but she doesn't agree with the side effects I experienced with the new prescription. I mentioned the importance of the sleeping prescription that I have taken for over 30 years but she insisted to cut it down which causing me insomnia again.

She Is not as personable as I like but Is efficient. The office staff and team at the Mercer Island office are awesome when needing care ASAP, they find a way to help with current patients.

I have never had a bad experience with my care provider. Dr. Thomas is exceptional in her concern for me and I can only assume that applies to all her patients. She always responds timely to my questions and concerns and is always willing to provide me with as much information and background as I need.
