Provider did not seem to care much. Didn't answer any of my questions and seemed preoccupied with not answering my questions. This was a second opinion situation and frankly a waste of time

Dr. Swenson is compassionate and respectful.

As deaf person, I'm grateful to have ASL interpreter provided. It helped me understanding better.

I didn't get to see my regular Primary Care Provider, but Dr. Swenson was great - a good listener, a knowledgeable physician & very caring & personable. She was so thorough that she even called me the next day after my blood work test the day before & recommended the treatment so I did what she suggested & she was right about what I needed to do. I am very thankful for her care & excellent service to me, a patient for just that day.

Dr Swenson is a good match for my elderly mother. She is patient and kind, speaks slowly and explains things in a way easily understood.

It is very helpful that I have had the same PCP since 2012 = continuity has great value. This Is true even when she Is not available and I have to see others at Pac Med Totem Lake.

The provider is easy to talk to and provides answers to my questions. I did need to follow up with the team when I asked for a couple of things through the messaging feature of MyChart.

Dr Swenson was very compassionate. I shared about the loss of my grandson , and she turned from her computer to face me and really listen .

Dr Swenson and her staff are amazing. I feel like they listen to my concerns and offer me sound, informed advice. I feel like they support me in my health and wellness.

Because all Dr.s are specialized I am often told that I should see someone who is specialized in that field, so some questions are kind of glossed over. But I do feel my Dr. Does a good job in general.
