Dr. Hatheway had test perform so that he could authorize surgery for replacement of my left hip. He is certainly an asset to Pac Med. Always helps me when I have a problem and clearly explains the situation, that needs corrective assistace.

I like that Dr Hathaway always gets back to me quickly with any questions I have through my chart.

Doctor was motivated to issue a focused (up-to-date) plan for my tired, old, lingering, health problem.

I am so grateful for Dr. Hatheway. I was overwhelmed by sudden, multiple medical challenges. Since he was aware of everything, I shared my feelings, and we worked together to make a plan to get me the help I needed to further address each problem, including specialists and PT referrals and more diagnostic testing to help determine unknown the cause of one problem when previous testing results were negative. As a result I am working the process and feeling less stress and feeling that I can manage each step towards addressing each problem and am on the road to better health.

I highly recommend Dr, Hatheway. He truly cares about his patients, and recommend what he feels best for you, and health. The fact he either remembers my health history or does a re-read of previous history. He comes into the room ready to go. I am moving further north which would make on visit visits difficult. I would go back to see my doctor as he cares

This visit was necessary because of an unexpected injury. My regular doctor was out of the office. The staff accommodated me in a prompt professional manner. The doctor was excellent.

This was my first time meeting this provider as my former PCP retired. My new provider seemed to know the main parts of my medical history and referenced reviewing my chart. He identified that a condition I have experienced frequently might benefit from a different medication. He responded to my blood panel upon reviewing it, too.

Dr Hathaway provides exceptional care. He responds to my queries on line very quickly. He also provided a quick explanation of the blood tests results. Exceptional service!!!
