I'm new to the area and am very impressed by the staff and physician. Everyone was very welcoming, supportive, and made my transition seamless. I felt my concerns were fully addressed and staff also helped point out emergency care services near my home, pharmacies nearby, and made referrals to specialists. They really bring a patient centered model to the fore front. The tech was very friendly and efficient. The physician was not only an excellent listener but also very proactive in educating, evaluating problems, and following through on making a cohesive, easy to understand plan.
