I checked in with my dr/nurse/care team after two weeks recovering from a head injury. The nurse who answered my message felt I should be seen again. The dr, who is not my regular dr, answered my questions about my symptoms in a way that made me feel as if I shouldn't be there because these are normal symptoms.

Dr. Schultz is a great physician; he has been taking the time to explain to me my condition and ways of dealing with it, with the medications that he prescribed he clearly explains the instructions and gives the option to email or call back in case that the symptoms persist. I really appreciate the time and effort that him and the medical team at Swedish Hospital always provides to me.

The Doctor was very personable and sympathetic to my Issues. I like the convenience that Swedish Primary Card provides it's customers. Lots of FREE parking in safe lots. Lab and clinic located close to each other for convenience. Modern and clean facilities and waiting areas. On another topic, this survey format was clunky and took too many clicks to toggle through.
