I feel comfortable talking with Dr Arani about my health care needs. She listens to what I have to say and answers questions.

The Doctor and the other staff were professional and caring. Addressed my questions and concerns with understanding.

I'm happy with the health care I'm been provided and the fast responds on all my emails, requests on RX refills and the way the doctor listens to me and my needs. The nurse is always great with her happy personality and very attentive to my needs. The front desk are the best always helping with all questions, if they don't know they will find out for me and make easy for my visit. Thank you for all the great customer service I will make sure and tell my family and friends about you guys.

I left last doctor because she didn't take my insurance.. Was the best thing happened, because looking for a new Dr.was the best thing that happened!! I love my new doctor and staff

The Dr. Was new for me and she was careful to understand my past health history. She followed through with my blood tests and was very understanding of my concerns.

The provider was kind, informed, had my records, spent plenty of time with me. The ease of scheduling and completing the virtual appointment made the distance between my doctor and I not important. I wanted a great doctor, but I live on an island where there are no internists. She was wonderful! Highly recommend.

This was my first visit. I'm looking for a PCP. I did not feel there was enough time for me to get a feel for whether she is a good choice for me. She was thorough but she seemed hurried. I will be going back for another blood test and results. I'll see how that goes.

I was very please with my virtual visit. It was my first virtual visit, so I was not properly prepared, yet the virtual team helped me with getting the phone connection, but m y computer didn't have a camera, so I was able to see them, but they couldn't see me; but they were very helpful and considerate. I would like to have her as my PCP.

I felt respected and heard when discussing my health concerns. Dr. Arani was thorough in diagnostics and did not do anything without my consent. She took all the steps necessary to learn of my medical history related to my health concerns and prepared a follow-up plan, to reassure me that I was taken care of.

My visit to Dr. Arani was first visit of finding Primary care provider for general care and physical exams that I have been neglecting for last several years. So far my first visit was good I would keep seeing her as primary.
