As usual, Dr. Karen Ting treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and gave thoughtful responses. She was familiar with me medical history and was on top of recommended preventive care and what I needed. She also asked some questions I hadn't thought of. I appreciate both her professionalism and her caring demeanor. Thank you!

Sometimes I feel uneasy asking a question. The provider can seem impatient and at times appears to be defensive when I provide additional information or questions.
