I have been seeing Dr Ting for many years and I have appreciated her concern and extra effort to ensure any medical issues were addressed.

Dr. Ting and her health team are amazing. I feel fortunate to be seen and treated by them. Always available to me and they, without exception, promptly respond to any questions and concerns as they arise. I couldn't ask for better health care professionals.

Dr. Ting is the best provider. She is thorough, extremely intelligent, and empathetic.

The visit was very quick and efficient, but the doctor was not very thorough or personable. Many questions I had needed to be asked by myself, and there was no follow-up call. Clearer communication and proactive follow-up would greatly improve the experience.

Karen Ting has been my Primary physician for 30 years she is always willing to listen and advise.

I feel seen and heard as a patient and person. She has sense of humor which is important to me. Provides levity.

Have been Dr. Ting's patient for about 10+ years. She listens & responds to concerns & helps me work thru whatever Is happening with my health. I have highly recommended her to my family as well as others.

All was very good except they forgot to ask me what my three words were.

Doctor seemed in a rush. Was unwilling to discuss all the things I intended to. Did not explain things in a simple manner. Felt like a waste of time as I didnt get proper guidance. I was told to come again to drop reports and got referred to other specialist. I expected proper diagnosis
