This provider is part of the large medical medical group who has treated me the past 5 months for cancer. She, and the others, took great care of me these many months. There was NO bad experiences.

I had not met Joanna Fesler before but found her to be very easy to talk with and she answered all my questions very thoroughly.

She acknowledged my anxiety of pain & did an excellent job of helping me manage it by explaining procedure's steps before she started & continued her detailed explanation which included what I would feel each step of way. Acknowledgement of patient's perception rather than dismissal of concerns greatly mitigated the discomfort. All done with a reassuring smile.

Joanna did a marvelous job. She made me feel at ease, told me next steps going to happen, going on, going to end. She provided a squeeze ball for sensitive part of the biopsie procedure. She talked me through after care steps. Very well prepared all tools implements and sample collection items present and in order. Great process and prefect bedside manner.
