This is a great team. Not only the medical part, they make u feel like a family & make you laugh.

I'm going to be 80 in July, so I've seen a lot of doctors and Dr Konde is the best. Beginning with the check-in, the smiling woman always greets me like she's glad to see me. The lab techs are just as nice and super fast & painless. The nurses & Schedulers are the same. Dr Konde was the doctor who diagnosed my cancer after many other doctors missed it, which came as a shock. He was very kind, took time to explain what cancer I have, showed me on past labs records that it had gone unnoticed since 2019. He then explained how we were going to treat it. He also asks about my life & work, and always asks if I have any questions. The entire group is so nice, it shows in the waiting room. It's the only place I've been were waiting patients have conversations. Not about cancer but life, pets, favorite WA vacation sites & families. I've been home alone since caring for my husband of 57 and a half years who was on home hospice until his death at Christmas, 2022. I tell my driver that it's like going to my social club.

I AM ENTIRELY HAPPY IN THE CARE OF DR KONDE AND HIS STAFF AND THE OFFICE PROCEDURES AND WILL RECOMMEND HI TO OTHERS

When Dr Konde became my Dr., he's the only one that explained what was happening with my body.

From check in staff to blood draw staff to doctors assistant to staff setting appointments it is always a wonderful experience.. Even including the volunteers in the infusion area! Everyone is always very professional and caring.

Dr. Konde's incredible "bedside manner" (excellent communication, kind, respectful, did not make me feel rushed, attentive) made the other negatives (wait time for appt., lack of receptionist acknowledging me, and wait time before appt.) disappear. His Assistant was also great!

Dr. Konde always takes the time to discuss my current condition and answer all of my questions. He is supportive, kind, never condescending. He reminded me that he is always available for everyone at every stage of their healthcare journey. I appreciate that and I am grateful to be under Dr. Konde's care.

My first time with this provider and he had studied my chart and ordered blood work so he was ready for my visit.

It would be super helpful if Dr. Konde wasn't so rushed. When you are giving news to a patient about cancer, empathy and compassion are very important. Instead of rushing through the appointment, remembering we are dealing with some big news and need a doctor who understands that is imperative.

Dr Konde, nurses, , lab people, everyone, are the best I've ever had in my 79 years. Everyone is helpful, exceedingly friendly, and I feel heard and cared for.
