I have had nothing but the very best care from physicians and their staff at Pacific Medical.

Care from this provider was excellent!!! The process and patient of working with "My Chart" to obtain help on to contact provider is not patient user friendly or efficient.

Gave info on procedure inquiry I had read about that it was still in testing stage & recommended another that was approved and was also non-surgical. Answered all my questions in plain English.

Dr was polite and professional.

I feel the provider just provides bare minimum care. The reason I say this is because I have edema and at my last visit he didn't even bother to even look at my extremities to see if they were the same, better, or worse.

Doctor really listened to me and was willing to hear about my lived experience and external testing and information and talked and behaved in a way that made me feel genuinely cared about a well as heard and validated my concerns and experiences. I felt safe and supported in what would otherwise have been a terrifying situation.
