Katie called me the evening my test results came back to explain the gravity of the situation, answer questions, and provide guidance on next steps. While it wasn't the news I was hoping for, I felt she prioritized communicating my results swiftly and pointed me toward the best treatment options to hopefully restore my health in the future.

I thought this was a great visit. I work in healthcare and I appreciated the conversation we had. This was an inclusive environment and I felt free to be myself. I think an important part of doing this job is figuring out how to connect quickly with a patient and support them without ever knowing them before entering the room. This provider was talented at making connections and gathering information.

I got promp and professional service. My provider was kind, caring, and patient with me. She answered all my questions and made me feel valuable and important.

She was totally conversant with post menopause issues

Just so good to be heard and for solutions to be discussed relative to menopause, especially after so much searching and suffering.

I have referred Dr Katie to my family and friends and they see her now too! She is fabulous. I also appreciate that staff called me to check in right before my appointment time. It was thoughtful and efficient.

Kathryn Kingsley is the only provider that I see at Swedish.(The one you have on file as my PCP, not Kathryn, is incorrect-I have written a msg to Swedish to remove her but she still shows up). I see Kathryn as my specialist for gyn needs because she is the best! And though I have gone to others outside of Swedish, I will come to see Kathryn for as long as she is working there most likely. She is everything I look for in a clinician. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and listens well. She helped me identify an issue that I had struggled with for years and that no other MD, or ARNP had identified. She found the right treatment for it and I couldn't be happier!

I feel that my symptoms and experience are diminished/dismissed by the provider. The way they speak feels cold, uncaring, and condescending at times.

Really liked Kathryn Kingsland, she was so easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about my issues. She took care of explaining my recent ultrasound results and made sure to refer me to a Dr in the office for my next steps. She also helped me get immediate relief while I wait for surgery. It was nice to have action' taken and my issues taken seriously for once.

PA Kingsley approach was reassuring and professional. I had already had a vaginal ultrasound earlier in the day and she had those results in hand. Because of the option she laid out for me, I chose to have a biopsy done in office. As uncomfortable as it was, I would say it was smoother than Pap smears I've had in the past when the provider did not heed my requests for the smallest speculum. Thank you PA Kingsley for hearing my request.

My provider sat and listened to me without interruption!! She also provided education and information about my condition which answered many of the questions I came in with. She was professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have been very frustrated with the care I had been receiving and she was a breath of fresh air and gave me a renewed sense of commitment that I can positively change my quality of life.
