Dr. Austen is a great doctor and a wonderful person. So happy to have her on my team.

This is the 1st time I seen Dr Austin. My primary Dr sent me to her for my problem and I was impressed with our discussion about details about my problem. I will be seeing her again for a follow up

Dr. Kristen A. Austin was an amazing physician!!! She really listened to me, so easy to talk to, and showed much empathy and care during my visit. She reviewed the ultrasound results with me, explained the things written up in the report In easy to understand layman's terms. During my visit, Dr. Austin made me feel like I were her only patient by giving me her undivided attention. For any future consultations, I would love to to see Dr. Austin. I am grateful that she chose to be a clinical doctor who sees patients directly not just staying in the academia.

Good first experience. Everyone I interacted with was nice and respectful, especially with such personal and private medical conditions. Dr. Austin was very patient and thorough when it came to diagnosing my condition and discussing treatments. It was hard to get a first appointment and the visit notes by the nurse and/or doctor in the after-visit summary seemed a bit rushed but they were probably trying to just get everything down while we were talking.

I received stellar care from Dr Austin and the woman who set up the appointment was very helpful and informative but the wait time to get a scheduling call and then an appointment was extraordinary. Wreaks of good people but minimal staffing.

Dr Austin is a terrific provider. Unfortunately, there was a very long wait for an initial appointment. Please hire more doctors in her field.

I appreciate this provider very much. I think she is terrific. She listens well and seems to have read my chart in advance so she knows why I am there. I would not expect her to remember me because I see her infrequently and she sees many different patients. She also laughs and that makes the visit better.

The doctor gave excellent advice and a plan to help. I took me 6 months to get an appointment since it wasn't critical, but actually very uncomfortable. It was however worth the wait.

Austen has an excellent reputation amoung everyone I have talked to. Therefore when you are have to expect it will be challenging to get in to see her as high demand makes availability difficult. She lives up to her reputation when you do get in. She truly listens and then easily explains things to make sure understanding in met. Amazing doctor.

The doctor was very professional and cordial. I felt that the doctor showed compassion and genuine concern for my health.

I was surprised when I was called by Dr. Austin's office to make an appointment. I had expressed concerns about frequent urination during a routine office visit and this was the reason for the appointment. Dr. Austin suggested treatments after her examination In December and I believe the estrogen vaginal cream Is working. I will consult her If this doesn't occur. I feel she understands my health concerns and will follow her suggestions. I like the coordination of services that I experienced.

I always receive Exceptional Service from Dr Austin and her Team. I am extremely Happy with the care my Family and I receive From her Office. I will continue to refer her Office to all I know needing a Gyno. Dr Austin and her Team are the very BEST!
