This was a first time visit for a specific problem/ a referral . . . I was frustrated to have to wait so long to obtain an appointment to see her . . . I was also frustrated to not be able to contact her or her staff PRIOR to the appointment because I was a new patient, I had a question that I was not able to pursue . . .That said, once my appointment time came I was extremely pleased with the Doctor and the visit. Wonderful manner, professionalism and knowledge.

Appointment felt rushed and over complcated

Doctor Desai came in to the appointment 20 minutes late and hardly spent 5 minutes talking about issues and diagnostics. Desai was not open to listening to any concerns I had and I felt the appointment was vey rushed! I will never return to this doctor again!

Dr Desia privided clear and easy to understand information about my diagnosis.

Dr. Desai has been working with me on an ongoing issue I have been dealing with for years. She explained my options and patiently waited for my decision before scheduling the procedure to eliminate the pain. I trust her with my care and would definitely refer family and friends to her and her team.

I'm fairly new to PacMed. I've been very impressed with the care team and all the physicians that are caring for me. They've made me feel comfortable at all my visits. My only concern is the staffing shortage for laboratory, but it is understandable, and I can work with it. I think I am a little more understanding than about these types of situations than the normal patient because I work within the organization. My overall experience has exceeded my expectations and I feel proud to recommend PacMed to family and friends seeking care.

The MA was very lovely, my doctor seemed rushed that day. So I felt I couldn't voice any more of my concerns or questions because she was under a time constraint.
