I am fairly new to Swedish but so far am very impressed with the skill, knowledge, curtesy, and respect of the staff. So far the front desk, nurses, and docs have all seemed to enjoy helping people, and that is refreshing post-covid. Nice work! The MyChart portal is also a huge improvement to medicine. I feel blessed to be a patent of Swedish. ;)

Excellent surgical care from start to finish. Excellent at primary care provider to surgeon communication.

Dr Heinberg is a great surgeon! Explained everything about the surgery I was going to have since it was an emergency surgery I was quite nervous but felt more relaxed after Dr Heinberg explained everything about the surgery.

Wait time of over 30 minutes to see the doctor is the longest I've ever had to wait to see a physician at Swedish period. Once arrived, Doctor Heinberg is exceptional.
