Very good , ever one was kind and respectful timely visit

Firstly, I have responded to the same review THREE Times! Please fix ur system. I had a consultation with Dr.Heang], and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and depth of knowledge. It was clear she had thoroughly reviewed my records before our meeting, and even though I was a little nervous since I'd never had a surgery consult before, she immediately put me at ease with her clear explanations and thoughtful questions. She outlined practical steps I can take to improve my health and showed sound professional judgment by stating directly that surgery was not recommended at this time. I left the appointment feeling confident, well-informed, and very grateful. I honestly wish she could be my regular doctor, not just the specialist I was referred to for this issue. She is an exceptional physician whose expertise and professionalism stand out, and I would recommend her without hesitation.

Doctor Hwang is an excellent physician /surgeon. She took time to explain the plan for the upcoming procedure and answered all questions.

Aileen Hwang was terrific. She listened to my questions had common sense, easy to understand answers and was willing to work with me on a path forward. I couldn't ask for more.

I was very happy she listened to me, explained some things about my condition, showed me or drew a picture to explain about my upcoming surgery-- she didn't seem rushed and seemed like she cared.

This was my first visit and the overs experience was good!

The provider was straight-forward, honest, was very knowledgable, professional, and easy to communicate with and understand. I have not been impressed at all by doctors lately, but Dr. Hwang is definitely a rare asset in such disappointing nowadays health field, gave me some hope that there are actually good, real, brave and common sense doctors out there.

Dr. Made me feel comfortable with upcoming surgery. Met many Surgeons who are obnoxious and suck, but she was nice, friendly, and came off with confidence and care that was above and beyond I imagined.

Excellent service

The doctor was very kind and tried her best even though my other doctors offfice (snoqualmie valley hospital) failed to send the ultrasound results before my consultation. She ordered more test and that helped me feel understood as I am in a fair amount of continuous pain that feels a little excessive for a hernia alone but we will see.The care staff around the hospital were kind and friendly also.

Dr Hwang was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her and her staff.

I was recently released from Swedish ICU and the doctors and nursing staff were great thoroughly caring
