I recently visited Dr. Hwang regarding an issue with my gallbladder, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Hwang's approach to rolling out the treatment plan for my diagnosis was incredibly precise. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure I would undergo in a manner that was both comprehensive and easy to understand.She was able to address all of my concerns with clarity and empathy. She listened attentively and answered each of my questions in a way that put me completely at ease. I felt confident that she will do an excellent job on performing the procedure.

Dr Hwang was extremely professional and explained my condition on an easy to understand manner. She very patiently took me through my scans and showed me measurements and organ position in great detail to highlight my condition. I was nervous at the prospect of abdominal surgery and she put me at ease and explained how beneficial the surgery would affect me in the long run.

Good communication

Dr. Hwang made me feel very comfortable especially since this was my first surgical procedure.

Provider did not know my blood clot history and medications for it as should when they were listed in my chart. Provider seemed knowledgeable. However, talked to fast and did not not explain in detail.

My experience with this provider was great! She made me feel seen, valued and respected. She said "We will get you there!", so I feel a lot of support. Since I met with this doctor I have taken steps to improve my health and have already seen positive changes. I am glad that I found her!

Dr. Hwang is amazing. She is compassionate and knowledgeable, intuitive and cares for her patients like no other. I wish every doctor I saw was more like her.

I have the upmost confidence in Dr Hwang

I arrived in the emergency room Saturday thinking I needed a gall bladder removal. After emergency surgery, CAT scan, Dr. Hwang determined the surgery was much more involved. Monday after 5 1/2 hours of surgery Dr. Hwang addressed all the infections, perforations and gall bladder issues she found. My week in the hospital post-op I received the highest care from all in attendance.

Every step of the way I have gotten the best medical service I have ever received in my whole life. I am so happy with everything so far. Still have a surgery to go but I completely trust everything going forward because of how well I've been treated. I've already told everyone I know I am going to be using Swedish any time I have a health problem and they should too. I have been treated so bad in the passed few years it has been so refreshing to get treated so well. Thank you so much.

I was referred to Dr. Hwang from another surgeon at Valley Medical Center. I needed a surgery that is not provided by my hospital. Dr. Hwang is known to have the experience and skill needed for a successful outcome. She teaches other surgeons how to do my particular surgery. I can't tell you my relief after talking with her. She spent a lot of time speaking with me and my daughter. Dr. Hwang drew it all out for us on a whiteboard and completely understand everything that was discussed. It is such a comfort and relief to have confidence that Dr. Hwang will not only fix my complicated, complex issue but will keep me safe. Thank you Dr. Hwang!
