My provider was outstanding. She spent nearly a hour reviewing my history of abdominal difficulties. She was both professional and personable, and established a series of test to take to determine the reason for my problems. My experience was outstanding! I've already done some of the lab work and changed my diet. The results have been positive. Again, my experience was outstanding!

Both Michelle Fero and her MA were engaged and curious about the health care I sought on my first visit to the offince. Michelle listened and gave me specific action items to explore to manage my symptoms and to hopefully find resolution.

She is a great listener and great at explaining procedures , which allowed me to feel calm and comfortable.

This was my first apt with Dr Faro and I was impressed that she had reviewed my extensive medical hx. And current concerns. She gave me a plan A, B & C to address my current concern and checked in with me a few times about the plan and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciated her good attention to detail and compassionate manner and she put me at ease despite my initial trepidation in discussing my sensitive subject matter. Well done Dr Faro!

Provider seen most recently was my first time appointment with this provider: Good experienceThe provider I see most often Is in the Physical Therapy department. She Is wonderful - has helped me beyond my expectations.

Michelle is my new GI provider since I have to change clinic. This is my first visit and she had already read my previous records. She was great, at this first visit she explained many details about my GI problems and quickly referred me for colonoscopy which was overdue. Michelle did not rushed through the visit, she is excellent and I am very thankful to have her as my new provider.

Your Renton office was very well run and the staff were courteous and respectful. The provider I saw was particularly patient and knowledgeable taking the time to explain everything to us and reassuring with that knowledge. She is awesome as Is her scheduler and MA. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Farro is one of the best doctors out there! She extremely smart, knowledgeable, capable, and she is a good listener , and takes good care of the patient

Michelle Fero is extremely thorough. She looks at every aspect of Medicine side effects & orders extra lab work when she believes there is an additional concern. She has always been correct in doing so!

Has no sense of trying to help me with my issues. Order tests and I don't hear back. Have to wait months to see again. I have had no progression in any kind of diagnosis or treatment.
