Very efficient and professional

Dr. Brooling advised me of several options and suggested I will benefit from physical therapy rather than more extreme measures, which I totally agreed.

Dr Brooling Is very experienced and good answered all my questions face to face, but unfortunately he never answers my questions on my chart which makes me feel frustrated and disappointed .I feel like I don't even exit or being cared.. I prefer to communicate on my chart rather than calling on the phone.

Dr. Brooling is a good, kind and skilled doctor. He is patient in listening to my questions. Honestly answers my questions and his plan and suggestion for my next step. After Dr. Seeing it comforted me. When I try to make my family doctor appt. It's hard to schedule in the timely manner.

Getting in to see Dr Brooling was good. Getting to see my primary care Dr is not easy.

Dr. Brooling and his assistant are terrific. Caring, pleasant, helpful, respectful. Very cool guys as I mentioned to them.

Dr. Brooling was exceptional. He listened to everything I had to say and then gave me options for how to proceed. In giving me those he options, he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

It took a long time for me as a new patient to be approved before being eligible to schedule an appointment with a specialist Dr. Brooling as a new patient. I had to call several times and the scheduler did not not know why my status was pending for as long as one week thus preventing me to schedule an earlier appointment.Dr. Brooling was very informative and provided valuable information regarding my condition. And most of all he didn't seem rushed like other physicians and patiently answered my questions. His nurse/staff provided the written detailed instructions for my upcoming procedure which is Bravo upper endoscopy. The information even specified the dates when certain meds need to be stopped taking as I approach the procedure dates and very detail what to do and not to do. Many other hospitals and clinics no longer provide this information in writing which is unnerving for a patient to go through , where there are months go by without hearing any thing from the Physician office, onlly to receive a phone call the day before verbally regarding the procedure. It was very helpful to know what the procedures are about being explained in detail in written form way before the procedure. As a patient it is very important that I am well informed regarding the procedure being done to me. Many physicians are being very short-worded about the treatments as if too afraid to provide too much information which in reality is owed to the patient involved.
