Dr. Zia has handled my health issue with care, explained things to me in a way that was easier for me to understand. She also ordered all of correct and important testing to diagnose and help understand how my body works. She also keeps in contact and usually schedules follow ups months out just in case anything changes. She responds quickly to my concerns or questions on MyChart.

Dr Zia appeared very knowledgeable and listened very carefully. She spent the full time with me, but we were a little rushed at the end as far as explaining some details of the tests she ordered. I was able to get the questions answered easily via mychart. I have a lot of health issues related to her specialty so this could be why we got pressed for time. Also there was no medical asst that day which put more burden on her time.
