Very good
Swedish Patient
In this appointment about a possible colonoscopy for me Dr. Carlson explained to me clearly and patiently the medical reasons for a colonoscopy, showing comprehensive knowledge of the matter as well as of my personal history. At the same time he listened attentively, patiently and with care to my thoughts and concerns, showing respect, understanding, support and care for me. As we came to a final decision I felt fully validated. After the meeting he took the time to write a detailed summary with a list of his advice which I highly value. I am grateful for his service which, I felt, was of the highest quality I can Imagine - and all of this in a very warm, caring personal and human way. - I may add that I think that this statement here gives a much better picture of how I experienced the service of Dr. Carlson than the many - formalized, but often in the context meaningless - questions.
