Doctor Ashley N Shishido is a dedicated, wonderful and useful doctor for my illness. It was great that I was taken care of by my doctor about my health.

Before the appointment, Dr. Shiseido's staff called and made helpful suggestions for me to cope with my medical problems before the office visit. Dr. Shiseido spent time, explained the procedures, the risks, benefits and side effects. She gave me easy to understand follow up instructions in writing. I was very pleased.

Made me comfortable, explained the process going forward, listened carefully and treated me with courtesy and kindness. I was very pleased with our first interaction in all areas

Tried tonget an appointment in mid Feb for a health concern that came up, but couldn't get an appointment until end of April. The amount of time you have to wait to see a provider is not acceptable. However, ashley was great at communicating via messages on mychart and was able to order tests. Her ability to order tests while I waited months to see her was greatly appreciated.

The visit was pleasant and just as I expected.

I appreciate that Ashley takes my concerns seriously, but I find her bedside manner lacking.

Ashley was very thorough in her assessment of my symptoms. She created a plan with me and made sure I understood what to do.

Unfortunately since last November I had to attend several times to you for medical care. All my experiences have been exceptionally great because the treatment I have receive by all your personal Involved. All of them made my health conditions more bearable. I really appreciate all of them and their performance and I am very grateful.

This provider began the appointment indicating that I did not need a liver assessment based on my labs. In my opinion, due to the fact I brought both my husband and my sister for support, the provider then listened to all my health concerns and agreed to order labs & imaging to rule out MASH. I appreciate this provider's willingness to understand the health concerns I have and assist in making sure my liver is or is not contributing to my chronic complaints.

I've never experienced a provider that was so monotone/ hardly could look at me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and she did not seem to care at all. Has no bed side manner
