I appreciated how Ashley asked thoughtful questions, listened to my responses, and provided education about the condition that spurred my visit. I felt confident leaving the visit that I could continue managing my symptoms and possibly improve them without further concerns.

She took her time with me to get my full history and listened very well. I was happy with her attention to my health issues.

I appreciate that Ashley Shishito listened well and recorded all my symptoms, answering my questions along the way. She then suggested some options, like various tests and a dietician. I received referrals and tests promptly.

Ashley was especially patient, considering my aphasia (I have trouble remembering anatomical names now). She was detailed and specific when discussing how and upper and lower GI exam would be performed and provided details about files with more details about how my care will proceed and what to expect.

Everything is good

Ashley had a very hard time explaining to me what she thought might be causing my symptoms. She recommended diet changes to me that I had already told her I was unable to make.

Somebody must've canceled their appointment. I got to see the doctor one hour early. What a nice surprise that was so I can get on with my day. Thank you.

Doctor Ashley N Shishido is a dedicated, wonderful and useful doctor for my illness. It was great that I was taken care of by my doctor about my health.

Before the appointment, Dr. Shiseido's staff called and made helpful suggestions for me to cope with my medical problems before the office visit. Dr. Shiseido spent time, explained the procedures, the risks, benefits and side effects. She gave me easy to understand follow up instructions in writing. I was very pleased.

Tried tonget an appointment in mid Feb for a health concern that came up, but couldn't get an appointment until end of April. The amount of time you have to wait to see a provider is not acceptable. However, ashley was great at communicating via messages on mychart and was able to order tests. Her ability to order tests while I waited months to see her was greatly appreciated.

The visit was pleasant and just as I expected.
