My appointment with Czarina Butac was extremely positive and informative. I asked quest about my procedure results and ongoing treatment and care. Czarina was completely familiar with my test results and future implications. I learn a lot about how I can keep my colon healthier. I used the MyChart portal regularly whenever I have questions or need to schedule appointments and procedures. I always get a timely response and always get the help I need. I really appreciate how well this portal works for me. I feel extremely fortunate to have been assigned to Czarina for my ongoing care.

Czarina was a good listener and helped me understand issues that I was unclear about...she also seemed concerned about my emotional well being ...although I was told I was seeing a PA, and she is not, she was able to understand and answer most of my concerns...will see her again in 3 months

This was my first visit and I was extremely satified with the concern she showed to my gastrointestinal problem. She listened and gave me hope that I can get a handle on my lymphocytic colitis, which I wasn't even aware that this is what I have. I am grateful for her knowledge and will continue to be one of her patients.

Had a good first visit with provider

Wait for Czarina to finally come see me was no less than a 45 minute. I even stepped out of the room to ask the receptionist if I had been forgotten, shortly thereafter a gentleman wearing a knit woolen cap came into say there was a mistake on my scheduling and Czarina would be there to see me soon. When l advised Czarina about my long wait she seemed unconcerned and uncaring, never offered an apology. Hope I never have to see this same PA in the future, very unaccommodating.

The provider explained so well the things I really understood about my health, she's very patient with me, very talented and suggests that I should have an x- ray with my health issues.

I have had other Gastroenterologists, at Swedish, but recently, mine retired. This was my first visit with Czarina Butac - and I was blown away with her knowledge of my issues and history! She spent a lot of time explaining what will happen during my upcoming procedure, in November 2025, and what information I will need to submit ahead of time (continuation of my quarterly lab work - which is performed in Juneau, AK, where I live. Czarina was professional and made me feel at ease, while discussing my history. I have liked and respected ALL doctors, nurses, and staff I have met, at Swedish, over the past 20+ years. There are NO gastroenterologists in Juneau, AK, and I rely on the professionals at Swedish for my care.
