Very happy with the care provided to me through Swedish.

Appreciate the hands on concern for my health.

My visit with Yun Lee was very productive. I was assigned to her since my usual provider was on leave. This was the first time I ever met her and she appeared knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. After her examination she provided me with referrals that will hopefully put me on a path to recovery.

I've always received great care at the Ballard Swedish Hospital from all doctors seen.

Yun Lee described another way of cleaning out the ear wax that would be less invasive. I hadn't heard of that before but I appreciated knowing that, which was news to me.

You Lee was wonderful in Tami g care of my urgent need. Such a pleasant professional that gave me a feeling of ease and hope.My greatest thanks to Youn Lee and Swedish.

My PCP left for a new position so I've been seeing ARNP. She is excellent & I can get in to see her quickly. I've been assigned to a new PCP. I will be traveling & once I am back in town I will set up appointment with her.

I switched to this provider several months ago. I was never able to see my provider, the staff wasn't friendly, and the staff didn't listen to me. This new-to-me provider is excellent - a total turnaround from the previous provider.

They called with medical concerns that were answered clearly. The appointment was right on time. If needed, I would use this video appointment in the future

Excellent providers, and courteous and helpful front desk. The only glitch I've had in the last four months with a *different* provider was that a follow up call/message wasn't sent regarding heart monitor results. With prompting from me, follow up messages were received.

Great care from the Swedish team! My only gripe is that appointments are usually three months or more away.

She is not my primary provider - I've not been able to see the primary doctor for 2 years bc of scheduling. I think that ARNP Lee is a fantastic provider.

I was able to make an appointment within 1 day. The wait time after arriving at the clinic was less than 10min. My provider was able to address and resolve all of my questions. Very pleased with this clinic and provider as a whole.

Yun Lee was very compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the office getting me in to see her so quickly. All communications re this sudden condition have been answered promptly.

I love every provider I've seen at that Ballard office. My issue is that I can't get in, or get "worked in" when I need to see someone. My symptoms have subsided by the time I can get an appt so I'm having trouble with a couple recurrent mysterious issues. It seems like more providers are needed at this clinic because I now I feel like I should just skip the attempt and go straight to an Urgent Care office somewhere. I've seen Yun Lee at least twice and she was excellent both times. I really appreciate her knowledge and expertise and great attention to detail. She deserves a big fat raise!

Ms Lee is the best primary care physician I have seen in the last several years. She Researched my medical history fastidiously got me an MRI appointment and a referenceFor a swedish urologist. I would prefer in future to see Ms Lee with my health concerns.
