Ursula V. Melendez was great. Super helpful and open to investigating reasons for my illness. She ordered a flu test for me and called me at home as soon as she got the results. I would recommend her to any patient.

I really appreciate the family practice at West Seattle Swedish. There are enough professional staff to get a timely response and all of them have been kind, warm and very helpful. For this visit there were two medications possible and I got a prescription for both which was great because I was traveling and the first one really didn't work.
