Very professional, caring, with attention to my details

The doctor took extra time with me due to an unexpected health concern during my visit. She was very thorough, calm, and clear. She kept me calm during a time that could have been filled with anxiety.

Dr. Swank and her team have been wonderful - she knows me and my history, cares about my health, is up to date on all of my specialist care and disease management, is an advocate for me, and supports my good health outcome. She is personable, a good listener and a good of communicator, is knowledgeable about the details of my chart and care with other docs and health systems, and her team schedules the next appointment right at the visit. My experiences with Dr. Swank and this clinic have been exemplary.

Dr. Swank has been very good. She is sharp, listens and is always supportive and helpful. She is great about interfacing with other Medical Specialist in Swedish as needed and providing coordinated care. -I recently has some coronary problems and she directed to the Swedish Cardiac team and they were excellent. She stayed connected with them and with me regularly. I have been very happy with the quality of care I have been getting from Dr. Swank.

Everything was great, but I wasn't able to schedule my annual exam until after the 1 year mark, and then I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. I understand there is an insurance requirement, but I wish there was some way to schedule the annual ahead of the 1 year mark (for an appointment after the 1 year mark). I love my provider, she is awesome!

Good provider overall - I am using Swedish only for annual check up. I am using other clinic for urgent care as it is hard to get appointment for urgent Issues. I booked my annual wellness 4 months In advance.....

Dr Swank is always pleasant and easy to understand

Location and expensive parking are forcing me to consider alternatives , but I want to stay with Dr. Swank.

Besides referring me to a specialist, she also gave me information so I would know what to expect.

Dr. Swank, is excellent. She has helped me a lot. She may have saved me... Insisting that I do an Angiogram that I was hesitant about. She was right I was 81% blocked in left coronary artery. She is very good, I owe her a lot.

Dr Swank is an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional physician. I couldn't ask for better.

I feel like Dr. Swank cares about my health and is an important ally in managing my care. I see multiple specialist providers outside of her practice and she always tracks the big picture with my complex conditions. She does exactly what a primary care provider should do - very satisfied with my care and I have a high degree of confidence and trust in her.

This was my first visit to Dr. Swank to establish care. It took 6 months to get a "new patient" appointment. Hopefully that means established patients will have easier access to primary care. Dr. Swank was professional and listened to my concerns and needs. It was a good first visit.

I needed an appt right away. I was accommodated by a virtual appt and based on my symptoms the provider asked me to physically come into the appointment which I was appreciative of.

Very pleased

I had some health issues pop up from my last visit. All that was discussed & some tests and a follow up are in the works.

It took a very long time, about 9 months, to make an appointment with any physician at Swedish. We are very pleased and grateful to connect with someone as great as Dr. Swank. However, I live in West Seattle, and it was absolutely impossible, not even a waiting list, to find a doctor there. Traveling to downtown is difficult. I am very, very happy with Dr. Swank. I would like to suggest, on behalf of everyone in their 90s who needs to find a new doctor, that Swedish try to be more helpful, somehow. I am so glad I was able to make it 9 months without any very serious health issues. Dr. Swank is a treasure.
