In order to get prompt attention I originally requested a video appointment. However, Dr. Pulido requested an in person visit which his team quickly arranged. That led to a much better examination and decision on how to proceed. However, I will have to see if the follow up referral is handled promptly by my next medical provider.

Only "problem" was getting the appointment. I should have scheduled this visit as I left the last one. But I don't think a month late made any difference in the outcome. Dr. Pulido is one of the people you should make every effort to keep. He is knowledgeable, friendly, funny. I had a bad attack of vertigo on my way to an appointment a few years ago and now, every time I come in for a new visit, I get so nervous that my blood pressure goes sky high. I've noticed twice that Dr. Pulido spends part of the visit just talking, then taking my bp again. By then it has gone back to normal. Good move on his part. I appreciate it. AND note that he's trying to keep me off as many medications as possible. His job is to keep me going for another 12 years (I'm going for 100) and if he's got a plan, it seems to be working. SM
