Sophie and I have a collaborative working relationship; we make decisions about my care together. She is an enthusiastic partner who solicits and values my input. She never gets defensive if I challenge her; rather, she listens respectfully and sees the offering of an alternative view as an invitation to clarify and broaden her base of knowledge.

Nurse Mallet always takes great care of me. She is on top of any medical issues I may have and I especially appreciate how she really listens to me. I never feel rushed during an appointment with her.

My provider's office and provider have given me more than sufficient care. Everyone in the office is always incredibly kind. My provider listens to my concerns and makes me feel like she is with me on my health journey. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such care from my provider.
