I took too much of Dr Grayson's time because I had a few things to discuss. You would never have known that though - she listened, solved problems and explained her reasoning. Never appeared rushed - just interested in helping me. She was empathetic and also very professionalsussing out solutions to each of my problems. She has amazing bedside manner' and builds patient trust quickly.

It's important to me that Dr. Grayson, as my personal physician, knows my family. She asked about my husband, how he was doing, and how I was doing, given that I am his caretaker. She laughed/ smiled often, keeping the mood light, all the while talking about what we had agreed upon last visit and what we needed to set in motion this visit-up the blood pressure dosage and get a Dexascan, for example. She genuinely cares about her patients and Includes them In the decision-making process about their care. She projects the notion that a patient Is responsible for her own health care and that her role Is to educate, to propose solutions, and to guide. The only concern I had was 30 days wait between scheduling appointment via MyChart and the appointment date. This is not my primary care doctor's fault at all, just an observation. I do realize urgent care is available if needed. Overall I am happy and grateful for my primary care provider and their entire staff
