I love Shaina- she is always knowledgable about the latest medical studies for best care and she explains everything well and gives me options to decide. She also listens well.

Have never had a doctor spend so much time with me before. Really felt cared for and like my current and future health outcomes were important to her. Did not feel rushed and felt like we could discuss anything and I had time to ask questions.

Caring and very helpful

I always have an amazing experience at any appointment I have. From check in to my provider to labcorp. My appointments have been nothing less than a pleasure. My provider listens to me more than I listen to myself sometimes and Is always proactive about addressing my concerns. It feels more like a think tank than a doctor's appointment. I recommend this location to all of my friends!

It's was the first time I've seen this provider after two months of moving to Seattle. She was very helpful, caring about my needs as well as my own situation in general.

Both my wife and I have been fortunate to have Shaina Hakala as our primary care provider, for well over a year. She is extremely comprehensive and very thorough in managing our healthcare needs. We are also very happy to be receiving care through Swedish.

It was all very good.The only issue was that I had to reach out to figure out what the results meant, and what I should do after.

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to see my provider despite arriving 15 minutes before my appointment as I was directed to. My provider is great but this lack of respect for my time tells me this office isn't run particularly well.

Shaina was easy to talk to and I appreciated the care she put into reviewing my information and making sure my questions were answered.

I am overall really happy with my care and experience with my provider. My only issue is that she seems to always be behind. My guess is her case load is high and because she is very good and doesn't rush her patience this is the outcome. She is worth it.

I absolutely love Shania she has been there for me through my mental healthy journey. She also takes initiative and is concerned with my yeast allergy and has always been curious to figure out what's going on. I simply stay away with things that contain high amounts of yeast and am good to go but she always made me feel cared for and was willing to dig and do more research if I felt I needed it.

She Is thorough. She listens, explains, asks questions, she makes suggestions, she is knowledgeable about the computer system as well. Very smart. I like her.

New patient appointment, Shaina was attentive, responsive, empathetic, and gave me referrals and prescriptions for all of the things I asked for as well as ordered bloodwork to dive deeper into my health concerns

I switched to having Shaina as my primary care provider because I had her treat some life-threatening conditions in the past, and several members of my care team haven't been as receptive to listening to my concerns about fatigue, cognitive dysfunction, and other Long-COVID-like symptoms, and I knew that Shaina would take them seriously and help me discover the cause, find treatments, or accommodations to make life more manageable.

This was my first visit with new insurance and a new provider. NP Shaina Hakala really impressed me with her knowledge and ability to assess my past tests to help determine first priorities. I feel very lucky to have her as my PCP. The office staff was very nice, as well. My only complaint was that it took about 3 months to get my 1st visit scheduled.

Ms. Hakala is the most thorough practitioner I have ever had - so much so I feel compelled to fill out this survey. I have an undiagnosed auto immune disease that has caused much inflammation, itching, and suffering basically my whole life and she is the first physician to actually listen to me when I say I need an option other than steroids. She sits, discusses, tests, and researches during our appointments. She has had conversations with my dermatology team and I feel we actually have a cohesive understanding of what I am dealing with and working toward. Her curiosity in what I'm dealing with is evident during our visits and has honestly changed my life and allowed me to have confidence in my medical plan.

She is nice and I feel comfortable talking to her about my health issues.

She was very thorough and one by one went down The list of all of my concerns. Her diagnosis has really improved my life.
