Have never had a doctor spend so much time with me before. Really felt cared for and like my current and future health outcomes were important to her. Did not feel rushed and felt like we could discuss anything and I had time to ask questions.

Caring and very helpful

I always have an amazing experience at any appointment I have. From check in to my provider to labcorp. My appointments have been nothing less than a pleasure. My provider listens to me more than I listen to myself sometimes and Is always proactive about addressing my concerns. It feels more like a think tank than a doctor's appointment. I recommend this location to all of my friends!

It's was the first time I've seen this provider after two months of moving to Seattle. She was very helpful, caring about my needs as well as my own situation in general.

Both my wife and I have been fortunate to have Shaina Hakala as our primary care provider, for well over a year. She is extremely comprehensive and very thorough in managing our healthcare needs. We are also very happy to be receiving care through Swedish.

Doctor listens and answers the questions I ask. I don't feel rushed at all.

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to see my provider despite arriving 15 minutes before my appointment as I was directed to. My provider is great but this lack of respect for my time tells me this office isn't run particularly well.

It was all very good.The only issue was that I had to reach out to figure out what the results meant, and what I should do after.

Attentive and caring

Shaina was easy to talk to and I appreciated the care she put into reviewing my information and making sure my questions were answered.

I am overall really happy with my care and experience with my provider. My only issue is that she seems to always be behind. My guess is her case load is high and because she is very good and doesn't rush her patience this is the outcome. She is worth it.

I absolutely love Shania she has been there for me through my mental healthy journey. She also takes initiative and is concerned with my yeast allergy and has always been curious to figure out what's going on. I simply stay away with things that contain high amounts of yeast and am good to go but she always made me feel cared for and was willing to dig and do more research if I felt I needed it.

She Is thorough. She listens, explains, asks questions, she makes suggestions, she is knowledgeable about the computer system as well. Very smart. I like her.
