Sara Waterman is an outstanding example of primary care at its best. She listens, advocates, provides options, is current on the research, and challenges me when needed. Over the years, she and I have forged an excellent collaborative relationship. She is retiring soon, and I will miss her terribly. I am sorry to see the women's diagnostic center closed and moved into a shabby part of the building. This is a concern I have raised and gotten no response about.

Though Dr. Waterman is not my regular PCP she provided great advice and it might help to have a small guide on line for basic throat issues : simple colds, flu virus, covid. We had the newer Covid, Flu A & B test kit and that cleared those issues.

I have stuck with Dr. Waterman after a randomly assigned visit years ago because she makes sense.

I have been a patient of this clinic for a long time and I see the quality care that my provider has for there patients is excellent. I have utilized the services that clinic provides in different locations and I have no issues with its professional healthcare services and how they treat their patients. My provider shows how much they care for whatever problems that I have and finding solutions to those issues.
