Rachel N. Shober, MD

This Dr is new to me ... And we are getting to know each other. I dont think dr and patient should be monitored for how much time is taken . Some appts may need more time because decisions are being made or data collection is going on. I dont like to take lots of medication and I want it to be natural -based if I do need to take it, so it requires a patient and knowledgeable dr.

Very thorough and not rushed. This was especially important to me given that I am a new patient with several medical conditions.

I think she is doing a good job , respectful , nice personality

She was super kind, and listened to me when I explained my issues. When the power went out mid appointment and the door slammed shut she was so apologetic and genuinely concerned about my anxiety and panic attacks. She made me feel really comfortable and then referred me to what I needed. Overall very good experience with Dr. Schober

Rachel N. Shober MD is possibly the best primary care physician I've ever seen. She knew exactly what was needed, communicating it perfectly. Follow up notes (for lab tests) have been fast and with the utmost clarity. Her knowledge, expertise-and demeanor-are exceptional. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as my PCP! Pacific Medical seriously deserves top honors for their professionalism and quality of care.

When I expressed concern about a process she sincerely and not just as a protocol dealt with it with care and listened and explained where the misunderstanding happened. This doctor always listens to me with intent. And she explains things clearly on my level.

I really enjoyed my appointment, as much as you can when you're put into a healthcare system that is deeply flawed, Dr Shober was as lovely as can be. However, It was clear that she was tired and likely overworked. I know the system is broken and I don't have any clear ideas on how to improve it so it is not truly fair for me to make this complaint, however, the strain on clinicians is evident to the clients. Thank you

The quality of care has always been excellent recently my doctor retired. I understand that appointments are time limited because of other scheduled appointments but it would be nice to have an extended appointment with the new doctor for the first few appointments to experience a personal doctor/patient relationship for both of us.

I knew Dr Rachel was the real deal the first time I was scheduled w/ her when my regular provider at the time wasn't available. Dr Rachel is now my primary provider.Her bedside manner and obvious care is next to nothing.

This is a new provider and a new clinic for me. I'm very pleased with both. I was a little nervous about leaving my previous doctor and clinic but it has been very positive.

The provider is great overall. My only complaints are that appointments should be 1/2 hour rather than 15 minutes, so that nobody feels quite as rushed. It's not always easy to get in to see my PCP in a timely manner. In this case the earliest availability was 3 months out.

1st time with this provider and she was excellent
