Dr. Banda really listened to my concerns and gave me an immediate action plan. She provided me with all the information I needed and then allowed me to choose the treatment path that felt best for me. I feel empowered, informed, and confident under Dr. Banda's care.

Great experience with the provider. Only frustration is with scheduling. I scheduled my annual appointment early (for early March), and then less than a week before the visit was told it was canceled due to a clinic schedule. The soonest I could reschedule to see my provider was almost three months later - that is an absurd amount of time. I rescheduled to see someone else as I didn't want to wait 3 months, but then that appointment was also canceled due to clinic schedule, so I ended up just scheduling with my original provider for almost 3 months later. I am relatively healthy, but if a patient's visit is canceled, rescheduling their appointment should be a priority.

Dr. Banda's warmth, compassion and direct communication is much appreciated.
