The receptionist was incredible. There was a system mix up with my appointment. As I stood at the counter she investigated my records and reinstated the appointment. I was very grateful. The nurse who checked me in was very personable and professional. Dr. Niak was very professional. I trusted her care. My first time at Pacific Med was a great experience. Thank you.

This was my initial visit with her. I chose her as my new PCP. Very good first visit. Only complaint was long wait time to he seen (8+ wks)- but am looking forward to keeping Dr Naik as my PCP!

I think it's terrible that it took almost eight weeks to get an appointment with my PCP but the care I get from her is fantastic. Also, your reception/phone staff are very helpful but it's frustrating to have to wait several months for an appointment.

Dr Naik is the best PCP I have had.

It's been all great and now I will be getting some home care also

She was thorough and understanding. Gave advice on things I should do and get done. She process referral to go see my rheumatologist just to get checked yearly. She is awesome.

Everything went well. I got an appointment within a few days of when I inquired. The call was easy and allowed for me to not take a bunch of time off work for the back and forth commute. Dr. Naik's team is kind and efficient. She ordered an x-ray for me but I've not done that step yet, that is why I didn't answer the rest of the questions on that page as it is still upcoming. I'm glad for the ease of virtual meetings. Thanks.

Dr. Naik listened to my concerns and went over a plan of care and follow up for me. She also asked how I'm doing outside my medical complaint, too. She has a great bedside manner and is very competent.
