Dr Cox is very professional and listens to my concerns carefully. She also responds to whatever the need are. She schedules needs test and referrals based on the need. She responds via mychart concerning test results. I really like Dr. Cox, she's been my Doctor for several years.

It was at the end of the day, but the person who took my blood pressure, reviewed my notes and laid the gown on the table before Dr. Cox arrived was taciturn and unfriendly. She may have had an off day but my experience with most heathcare workers is that they have excellent people skills and are friendly and warm, under the worst of circumstances. Again, she might have had an off day or a long day which I understand.

Dr Cox is very thorough, compassionate and genuine. She always listens to what I have to say and answers all of my questions. She is a very dedicated doctor and a wonderful humanbeing.

I never have any trouble with anyone at Swedish everyone has been courteous a d professional.

Availability is always an issue with Swedish physicians regardless where you go or whom you see, especially specialists. Monika is very knowledgeable, personable, and I feel lucky to have her as my primary. I have been with this clinic since the late 80s.

I got an appointment with my provider about a recent osteoporosis diagnosis because she had a cancellation. Otherwise, it would've been several weeks. I was open to seeing someone else, however. I am very happy with my care and communication with Dr. Cox! Of all the doctors I've had over the last several decades, she is one of my favorites.

No bad experiences whatsoever, not even in the past. Always excellent experiences.

My visit with Dr. Vox was great. She stayed late to see me because I needed a pre-op appt prior to my already scheduled surgery. Everyone was helpful in getting me squeezed in, but it was crazy when I first called for an appt they said her next available pre-op was in November. You need more doctors or a different scheduling system. Waiting 4 months for a pre-op appt is ridiculous. I'm very thankful for Dr. Cox and her team for getting me in when they did.
