Excellent care

It was my first visit with Dr. Dao. She carefully went through my health condition and history, asked many questions and made helpful suggestions. She followed up with whatever needed to be done that would help with my next appointment.

Dr. Dao listened to my concerns and provided understanding and a plan.

My provider and their staff including front desk are always very attentive to my needs. I naturally feel like a burden but when I speak to them I feel heard and cared for in a way that makes me extremely grateful that I chose this team. You can tell the staff communicates, I never have to repeat myself with this team at all, they understand my concerns and instantly attend to them. They're also great with communication. I value the respect they've had for me this whole time I've been a patient with them. I've had very hard times that seem pretty consistent in my medical life and am always running to them for support and they're never like "this is enough" they're always welcoming. Very nice and respectful team.

Dr. Dao is the best provider I've had. She listens to my many, many concerns and describes the possibilities and options in a clear, patient way.

Dr. Explain everything very detail and clear, polite and respectful.

This was not my regular health care provider, but it was clear that she communicated with my regular provider regarding my health care needs, and together, they gave a coordinated response. I cannot imagine a better health care team! Bravo!!

I think we ran out of time but I listed another concern and she nodded and said "well good luck with school" and left. I felt not heard and like she didn't have any advice or it didn't matter.

Dr. Dao is kind and caring and communicates well. She answered all of my questions & concerns. Her nurses and assistants are always nice & helpful.

Dr. Dao and the support staff at Swedish Primary Care are really great and always attentive and professional in scheduling, during appointments and with follow up care questions. I'd recommend the practice to anyone looking for medical care. The only challenge at Central Seattle Primary care is the parking situation.

Dr. DAO is the best PC dr I have ever had, excellent at dealing with things and getting me into specialists asap. Overall extremely happy with this group and I have been through most in the area.

I have received exceptional care from beginning to end with Swedish,including but not limited too, phone support staff, receptionists, doctors, nurses, support staff , counselor... I have always been met with kindness, respect and space to express concerns, given options that are solution based and the dignity to make informed decisions .

This check up went smoothly and quickly. All my concerns were answered fully in an easy to understand manner.

Dr Do is wonderful and smart. I am very happy with her.

The Care team really listens to all of my medical concerns, as well as other things that impact my health, like stressful life situations

My provider is very charismatic and companioned.

I really like the care I receive

I came with some vague concerns and questions, but Dr. Dao put me at ease, listened patiently, and offered clear information. I feel that she took each of my concerns individually and seriously, while also seeing me as a full person. I really appreciate the search for more health information from my body through labs and monitoring as a first step towards finding solutions. All other staff and office processes were smooth, too.

She was amazing. I saw her for an IUD replacement, which is always an intense procedure. She was warm, explained the procedure in detail, narrated everything she was doing, and the procedure was extremely smooth and I had minimal recovery time. I felt very well taken care of.

I appreciate that Dr Dao listens and works to find a best solution for me.

Dr Minn is an awesome doctor. She is a very good listner and her suggestions are always on spot. Highly recommend her.

Swedish has been extremely helpful for understanding my health. Dr Doa has provided me with information on all my health concerns and questions. Even when Dr Doa was out for possible maternity leave, her staff saw to my needs and concerns. Dr. Doa follows up on references/referrals with me as well.

Dr. Dao is very easy to work with. Friendly, knowledgable, and action-oriented.

Dr. Dao is extremely personable and approachable. I feel comfortable discussing my healthcare questions with her. I am new to the area, so I was apprehensive about finding a new provider I'd feel comfortable with. After two check-up visits, I feel very good about the care I'm receiving.

Dr Dao is always very nice, professional, and cares about the well being of her patients. I recommend her to everyone I know. I feel so lucky to have her as my primary care provider. Also, having the lab right next door is a big plus! I plan to stay with the same medical team as long as I'm in Seattle.
