Dr Thuparani and her team are consistently responsive and interested in my wellbeing. They respond quickly to messages through My Chart and ask questions and follow up on mine. Dr Thuparani in particular makes me feel like my wellbeing matters and that she is looking out for me and my health care.

I was extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr. Thuparani. I felt heard during the appointment and I appreciated that she called me when I did not check the correct message within My Chart, as there were two and I only read one. I have recommended Dr. Thuparani to family members as I appreciate that she takes time to hear all my questions and I feel she takes my health seriously. I have not always felt this from past doctors.

All the care providers in this group are overloaded with their patient load. The lack of same or next-day availability means that we all have to see strangers at various urgent care centers because it takes 3 months to get into our primary's schedule. Uncoordinated care.
