The appt was excellent. The wait for a simple blood draw was over 30!minitrs and unacceptable

This was my first visit with Dr. Chim. She was very engaging warm, listened attentively and answered my questions in a professional respectful manner.

This was an my first visit with Dr. Chim as a new patient since my previous primary care doctor of over 10+ years is retiring so my expectations were high. Dr. Chim did not disappoint. As a first time patient, she reviewed my medical history, asked questions, discussed if I have any current medical concerns and she asked me how I was feeling and If I had any concerns. Needless to say, I found my new primary care doctor! WereAnd found her to be exceptional.

The office ran very smoothly, Dr. Chim is very thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable.I believe in my heart we will have a positive doctor patient relationship.

Dr Chim is a remarkably compassionate, insightful physician. Unfortunately, I am afraid of people wearing masks and have a hard time hearing them. Dr. Chim's two assistants wore masks (undoubtedly a protective policy for them), and it brought back my COVID experiences in a disturbing way. I was highly agitated in the examination room, and feel embarrassed about it now. Dr. Chim did not wear a mask, and she could not possibly have been kinder to me. I feel very fortunate to have her as my PCP. My only trouble is that her almost palpable compassion brings me to tears.

Dr. Chim helped me sort out my left's eye's symptoms and prescribed medical. She was wise, kind and efficient. She was a joy to work with.

I had a wonderful first time visit with my new provider. She spent as much time with me as I wanted and was extremely helpful, courteous and gracious. Her competency and communication skills are excellent. Very pleased. I had lab work done at the same visit, which was prompt, and received my results in a phone call within one day.

Dr. Chim has been an excellent doctor for me, understanding my medical history and answering my questions. She's very helpful with prescriptions, especially obscure ones that I need for foreign travel.

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Kannie Chim. She very much impressed me with her attentiveness, good questions and knowledge, professionalism and ability to help me find the care that I need via a referral. Dr. Chim was respectful, had a kind demeanor and listened with care and compassion. I would go back to this provider again if my primary care provider was unavailable.

First time visit with this provider was a positive visit. Very friendly and explained answers to my questions and health issues very thoroughly. Interesting to know that there is a 65 and older clinic - I didn't know it existed.

It was all good and I look forward to a continued relationship with PacMed.

Fantastic staff

Dr Chim is very attentive and caring. She explained things patiently and listened to my words regarding the symptoms and experience I had, carefully. After I met her, I changed my primary care provider to her as the location is closed to my home and easiness of scheduling. In addition to that, I had confidence in her.

As with all of my Pacific Medical care-team members, discussions were exchanged with appropriate regard, and resulting treatments were successful.

Dr. Chim is great. She listens to me and works with me on coordinating tests for my naturopathic physician also. I couldn't ask for more than my Eun coordinating

Dr. Kannie Chim is a very caring doctor, and my mother and I trusted her. She spent time with the patient and asked questions about how my mother feels. She always provides fast responses with follow-through with lab results and other issues or concerns.

This is the first time we'd met and I was impressed that she was so easy to talk with add her ability,her ability to encourage me to talk about and spent so much time with me - it was a brand new experience. I really like the idea of a place for seniors 65 and older. If others have the experience I did, you'll be over flowing with customers

Dr Chim gave me exactly what I needed. My complaint was somewhat urgent, and she advised me expertly. After listening carefully to my health situation and ordering some lab work, she mused outloud about the possibility that I was suffering because of lactose intolerance. That night I gave up my usual cup of warm milk before bed, and all of my allergic conditions disappeared miraculously. I found it hard to believe. I have avoided milk in all forms for several days now, and I feel like a different (healthy!) person. I cannot thank Dr. Chim enough for saving me from a long period of discomfort through one video conversation.
