This visit was the first time I had seen this provider. She is an excellent communicator, and I felt respected and heard.

Pleasant experience all around- full trust in her guidance.

KALEY was very kind, calming (just what I needed), and knowledgeable. She listened to me, provided accurate information, gave me information to take home. I liked her a lot. Her assistant was also knowledgeable and calming.

Kaley was all-around very good, and gave good information & direction for my issues.As far as scheduling is concerned, the system had no right-away openings I had to wait a week outI have severe bi-lateral shoulder pain. Kaley did recommend at home exercises and gave me a referral for PT.

The doctor did excellent, thorough, and helpful activities and conversations. I am grateful.I am also very thankful that after MANY similar requests for survey responses, I was FINALLY able to complete one. Many just asked the first three questions, and then I could go no further with the survey. That was very disappointing to me. I hope It can be repaired. I have he highest respect and appreciation that all of my healthcare providers did for me at Swedish. THANK YOU.

Best care I could hope for

I'm grateful my health care provider is there. I am grateful that my husband and I have an insurance plan that provides the professional care my providers offer.

I was pleased with the visit, she was professional but personable. Did not feel rushed and had all my questions/concerns addressed. I understand that the medical profession is stressed with capacity and free time does not exist.. However, The next level of value added service for your patients would be follow up calls to check in on progress from non routine appointments.

Kaley was excellent: ordered a heart monitor for me which had already arrived. Much more quickly than waiting to see a cardiologist. Now the cardiologist will be able to develop a care plan based on monitor results.

The appointment was more informative than I had expected. I learned quite a bit about some of the prescriptions I take. My questions were answered with care. I believe we went overtime as far as the appointment time that was allocated, but this provider did not make me feel rushed.

My experience with this provider was excellent. Completely separate issue: it's always true that, when there are several complex issues to be discussed, the time to get through it all seems rushed. It seems even more rushed when it's your first encounter with a new provider.

Kaley (sp?) was excellent and I was so very happy she had menopause education for my issues.

Kaley went above and beyond to answer my many questions about my medical condition, what meds might be appropriate for treatment, and which medical offices should be called next. She even verified that I was up to date on all my immunizations. Great, productive visit!

I receive excellent care

This was an introductory visit to a new PCP via her nurse. I have not had a PCP since July, 2025, when my prior PCP left. As an introductory visit it was excellent! More thorough than I expected. My low rating on the question re recommending Swedish Physicians is that there are not enough doctors and the wait time for visits is too long, especially for those who have chronic conditions or sudden symptoms/illness.

Saw this provider for acute back pain because I didn't want to wait for an available appointment with my PCP and I wanted to rule out anything serious. Very satisfied with the service provided.

She was incredibly thorough and attentive to detail ... She caught a test I never had but is recommended and is having it scheduled. A thoughtful, lovely human and natural caregiver. I felt heard and respected.
