Dr. Bainwol is wonderful, and all the staff I've encountered at the Ballard site are also excellent. I get timely appointments and follow-up through MyChart, and I feel In very good hands with Dr. Bainwol.

Dr. Bainwol is the type of doctor we'd all be lucky to have! She is thoughtful and understanding; she comes to the appointment prepared with follow-up questions from previous visits (she asked about my father, who has Parkinson's). She is in no rush to speed off to other appointments, and truly takes the time to give you the care and attention you need.

I'm really privileged to have Dr. Bainwol as my doctor. In fact I go the extra mile to get appointments with her even when others are available at sooner times. What I like about her is her calm and soothing demeanor. She tries to put her patients at ease even during difficult conditions. She's accommodative and tries to make enough time to answer all my questions and tries to cover everything.She's smart and tries to catch and get to the most important things first rather than going through the whole drill, that's what I like about her a lot. Even previous times I've visited her I felt like she got to the most important things early on and then talked about the rest. And that's what has impressed me about her the most and they turned out to be accurate. She's less concerned about the mundane and more on the things that really make a difference.

The doctor was very nice, but the appointment didn't seem very thorough. I thought she would be more curious and in-depth, especially since this was my first appt with her.
