I really love my doctor. She is a good listener, proactive, and kind. The only things I wish were better are out of her control; like insurance coverage for the things prescribed;be it scans or prescriptions, costs of getting labs, x rays, etc. She is doing the best on her end. I just wish the whole system was supportive.

Dr. Emily Bainwol performed a procedure that my PCP doesn't perform. Dr. Bainwol was fantastic, truly. She was personable, kind, very attentive to pain/discomfort during the procedure, and her consent process and explanation of potential risks was thorough and easy to understand. I was very grateful. And I would also like to mention how terrific the medical assistants and support staff are at the Swedish PCP clinic. I am always impressed. Please give them all a bonus.

Emily is the best physician I have ever seen. She takes me seriously but also explains things extremely clearly when they are different than I was thinking. She moves very fast but I never feel rushed. She goes over everything to make sure nothing was missed or overlooked. Honestly, I have no idea how she does it. 10 stars!

Dr. Bainwol is the type of doctor we'd all be lucky to have! She is thoughtful and understanding; she comes to the appointment prepared with follow-up questions from previous visits (she asked about my father, who has Parkinson's). She is in no rush to speed off to other appointments, and truly takes the time to give you the care and attention you need.

I'm really privileged to have Dr. Bainwol as my doctor. In fact I go the extra mile to get appointments with her even when others are available at sooner times. What I like about her is her calm and soothing demeanor. She tries to put her patients at ease even during difficult conditions. She's accommodative and tries to make enough time to answer all my questions and tries to cover everything.She's smart and tries to catch and get to the most important things first rather than going through the whole drill, that's what I like about her a lot. Even previous times I've visited her I felt like she got to the most important things early on and then talked about the rest. And that's what has impressed me about her the most and they turned out to be accurate. She's less concerned about the mundane and more on the things that really make a difference.
