I have been seeing my primary provider, Dr. Okorn, for a while now & appreciate the familiarity. I feel that she is good at explaining any questions I have for her regarding my situation. I thought her assistant is nice & helpful also. And, I appreciate their follow-up with a printed out After-Visit Summary for me to take home as a result; it helps with "detailing" my memory & contemplation of communication that was covered.

Dr Okorn is incredible and so is her nurse. They are both so caring, kind, and full of knowledge. They are also patient with me as I'm prone to anxiety during my appointments

Doctor Okorn provided comprehensive exam for sinus infection and recommended good treatment plan. Prescribed antibiotics. Recommended CT and possible ENT specialist if infection continues.

I dislike the idea of such surveys, since patients are not always the best evaluators of providers' expertise. But Dr. Okorn is unfailingly attentive, supportive of my health goals, and open to my questions and ideas. I AM qualified to evaluate those qualities!

As one can see with my responses, I am VERY happy with the care provided by Dr. Okhorn and her assistant. She is consistently professional, thorough, caring and on time. I never feel rushed. I feel heard. She explains things very well and is easy to communicate with.I feel that the receptionists seem lackluster and lethargic, hence my ratings. They are the representatives of Swedish. Is that how one wishes to be known?
