All of the staff from Swedish Queen Anne are above and beyond service. Explain things easy to understand and follow. Dr. Clara Chan is super super good Doctor that Swedish Clinic has to be proud of. She anove and beyond taking care care her patients, soft spoken and always gave the smile that patients looking to. She advised, listen and caring.

She is the greatest, that's why it's so hard to get an appointment on time, when I wanted. She is very popular.

She is very nice and I always feel like she would like to spend more time with me. But I also appreciate she has other patients and needs to keep to schedule and I benefit from her punctuality. Longer blocks of time for appointments would be great.

Dr Chan was very thorough with her questions. She was patient and comprehensive with her intake as I am a new patient and this was a well check. Based on my past experience with providers, Dr Chan went above and beyond to understand my family's and my medical background and she took proactive steps for my wellness program by ordering blood tests, a mammogram and a bone density test. I thought Dr. Chan was thorough and thoughtful in her exam. She explained things clearly, and she listened closely to my explanations. I felt I was in very good hands. I appreciated her suggesting a new treatment for one of my medical problems, and saying she would take the first step to pursue that.

Dr. Chan is the best. After we finished talking about the issue I had made the appointment about, she asked if I had any other issues to discuss. She spent a lot of time with me after that on other issues, with genuine interest, concern and solutions; and no sense of urgency regarding the length of time of the call.
