Very happy with my care.

We Always get answers to questions, help with a problem that's prompt. If you changed the voice of the automated answering service to sound like she's an adult speaking to another adult, THAT would be a HUGE improvement.

Dr Chan is a great listener and provides good feedback and information. I do think it is important that people have an in person exam to review lab numbers, and see and feel' the health of the patient. Dr Chan and her office are responsive on my chart conversations and the follow up is excellentMy only concern is the time it takes to book all appointments through Swedish (yearly physical, monogram, dermatology skin check, etc) In general appointments are out 4-6 months. There should be a better way to let patients know when they should schedule appointments to keep them current on wellness. IE. If the appointments are out 5-6 months, you should message via my chart the recommendation to book your appointment with an easy way to book and schedule. This is a gap in Swedish care

Saw Dr. Chan twice so far. Only have good experiences, no bad experiences.
