Top notch care and respect. I find it incredibly frustrating to get appointments within a reasonable time. On 5/29 I had an urgent issue. The previous instance I had a similar medical issue I went to urgent care but my Swedish provider said that it had been done incorrectly - UC should have taken x-rays and samples and should have waited to prescribe meds. So this time, I figured I'd do it "the right way" via my GP. I had to be rude via the message app in order to get a same-day appointment, which was disappointing

Bianca Marcu was an incredibly thoughtful and kind provider for this appointment. I was dealing with serious anxiety from two previous bad experiences with IUD removals/insertions, and she listened carefully, made knowledgeable suggestions, and worked with me in my emotional state. She took time without any complaint, going likely well beyond the normal time of such an appointment, giving me full, 1-on-1 attention that let me know I was in the right hands. I wish everyone was like her.

As a very experienced nurse, I'm impressed w/ Bianca Marcu's manifest clinical expertise and bedside manner. She's exactly the kind of provider a patient needs when confronted with an anxiety-producing finding. Her warmth and carefulness inspire trust in me and, no doubt, other patients. Bianca represents the Swedish West Seattle practice and Swedish, as a whole, impeccably well.

I really did appreciate that everyone from the scheduler to the provider did their very best to get me in as soon as possible. I was also impressed to receive a message from this provider through my chart explaining what the results of the lab results meant.
