She's exactly the kind of provider a patient needs when confronted with an anxiety-producing finding. Her warmth and carefulness inspire trust in me and, no doubt, other patients. Bianca represents the Swedish West Seattle practice and Swedish, as a whole, impeccably well.

I really did appreciate that everyone from the scheduler to the provider did their very best to get me in as soon as possible. I was also impressed to receive a message from this provider through my chart explaining what the results of the lab results meant.
